When her crown falls in the river, Aurora must find it but time is running out.

Crowning Glory
Aurora was in quite a flap. She had less than an hour before handing over her crown to the Queen of her colony, marking the end of her service. It had been a huge honour being crowned Fellowship Fairy. Her preparations for the ceremony were going well until her crown fell into the river.
Now what? Her wings would never dry in time if she swam in search of it. At that moment, Fernando croaked and graciously placed the crown in front of her. “It was on my lily pad, and there wasn’t enough room for both of us!” he winked.

Thank you Mason 🙂 It features Aurora the naughty fairy from my short story in The Daily News. She’s reformed, earned herself a crown!

A nicely written story that made me want to know more about Aurora. The idea of a Fellowship Fairy sounds intriguing.
