Happy New Year! I hope 2023 is good for you 🙂

We’ve all had our share and then some of the festive fares, so as we are still in that zone for a few more days, here’s a wee chocolate delight from my daughter. Her handwritten recipe is complete with the signature splotch of the mix, so without further ado, I present to you…Ms. M’s version of Chocolate Fudge.

Chocolate Fudge

If this is a tad hard to read…

2 cups of flour, 25g butter,1/2 cup milk, 1 Tablespoon Cocoa

MIX ALL TOGETHER, Boil for 5 minutes

Then put 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

BEAT IT

Put on greased paper, cut into slices, then let it set.
