So, I found my favourite chocolate slice recipe. This one is at the top of the list in our family, it was made many times over the years for special occasions or just because. Chocolate Slice
1 cup self-raising flour
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
2 Tablespoons golden syrup
150g butter or margerine
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour into a microwave-safe tray and cook for 3 minutes on Medium High.
- Ice while warm.
It is that simple!
